A guide to how we create and deliver your custom pet sketches.

Production & Processing Timelines

Since all our artwork is custom-made, the process involves three distinct steps before your order is delivered.

1. Sketch Creation Time

• Please allow 10 to 14 business days for our artist to complete your custom sketch.

• A proof will be sent for your approval during this time.

2. Framing/Final Prep

• Once the sketch is approved, allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for professional framing (if applicable) and secure packaging.

3. Shipping (Fulfillment) Time

• Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after the completion and preparation process.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment.

• Customs & Duties Warning: These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost. MJ has no control over these import fees.

Packaging Details

We take extreme care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage.

• Unframed Sketches: Protected in an archival plastic sleeve, secured between rigid cardboard supports, and shipped in a sturdy, flat mailer.

• Framed Sketches: Wrapped securely with bubble wrap, corner protectors, and clearly marked as FRAGILE before being placed in a strong, fitted box.

Damages & Tracking

• Tracking: A Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is fulfilled.

• If your order arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mjart.com with photos for a prompt replacement.
