1. Processing Time
Since all our artwork is custom-made, please note the following production timelines:

Sketch Creation Time: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for our artist to complete your custom sketch. We will send a proof for your approval before proceeding.

Framing/Final Prep: Once the sketch is approved, allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for professional framing (if applicable) and secure packaging.

Shipping (Fulfillment) Time: Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after the completion and framing/prep process.

4. Packaging Details
We take extreme care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage.

Unframed Sketches: Protected in an archival plastic sleeve, secured between rigid cardboard supports, and shipped in a sturdy, flat mailer.

Framed Sketches: Wrapped securely with bubble wrap, corner protectors, and clearly marked as FRAGILE before being placed in a strong, fitted box.
5. Tracking, Damages, and Issues

Tracking: A Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is fulfilled.
